DescriptionThe BGA614 is a broadband matched,
general purpose MMIC amplifier in a
Darlington configuration. It is optimized
for a typical supply current of 40mA.
The BGA614 is based on Infineon
Technologies’ B7HF Silicon Germanium
technology.
