DESCRIPTION

The L4931 series are very Low Drop regulators
availablein TO-220, SO-8, DPAK, PPAK and
TO-92 packages andina wide rangeof output
voltages.
The very Low Drop voltage (0.4V) and the very
low quiescent current make them particularly
suitable for Low Noise, Low Power applications
and speciallyin battery powered systems. PPAK and SO-8 packagesa Shutdown Logic
Control functionis available TTL compatible. This
means that when the deviceis used asa local
regulator,itis possibleto puta partof the board standby, decreasing the total power
consumption.It requires onlya 2.2 μF capacitor
for stability allowing space and cost saving.
