The circuit design provides hys-Schmitt input hysteresis: > 1V typ teresis between the positive-going and negative going High speed: t 4.5 ns typ PD input thresholds thereby improving noise margins. Low quiescent power: I < 1 μA CC Advanced Silicon Gate CMOS fabrication assures high speed and low power circuit operation over a broad VBalanced output drive: 2 mA I , −2 mA I CC OL OH range. ESD protection diodes inherently guard both inputBroad V operating range: 2V – 6V CC and output with respect to the V and GND rails.
