Complete Quad, 16-Bit, High Accuracy, Serial Input, Bipolar Voltage Output DAC The AD5764RCSUZ is a quad, 16-bit, serial input, voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) manufactured by Analog Devices. It operates from a single power supply ranging from 4.5 V to 16.5 V or dual power supplies from ±4.5 V to ±16.5 V. The device features a 4-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 50 MHz and is compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP interface standards. The AD5764RCSUZ includes a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers up to 0 V and remains there until a valid write takes place. It also has a software power-down mode that reduces the current consumption to 1 µA. The device is specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is available in a 32-lead LFCSP (lead frame chip scale package).
