Description and Introduction
16-Bit, 1,-1 LSB INL,500 kSPS, Differential ADC The AD7676ASTZ is a 16-bit, 1 MSPS, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured by Analog Devices (ADI). It operates with a single 5 V power supply and features a high-speed parallel interface. The device includes a low-noise, wide-bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier, which can handle input frequencies up to 10 MHz. The AD7676ASTZ offers excellent linearity and accuracy, with a typical integral nonlinearity (INL) of ±0.8 LSB and a typical differential nonlinearity (DNL) of ±0.5 LSB. It also provides a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 92 dB and a total harmonic distortion (THD) of -100 dB. The ADC is available in a 48-lead LQFP package and is designed for applications requiring high-speed, high-resolution data conversion, such as medical imaging, communications, and industrial instrumentation.
